Based on Department of Health's Behavioural Risk Factor Survey 2016, 56.1% of local adults aged 18-64 (60.8% among males and 52.0% among females) had leisure-time exercise ≥1 time a week in the 30 days before enumeration.

Proportion of adults aged 18-64 who met World Health Organization (WHO)'s recommendations* on physical activity for health in the 7 days before enumeration, 2016

Based on Department of Health's Behavioural Risk Factor Survey 2016, 43.6% of local adults aged 18-64 (50.7% among males and 37.4% among females) met WHO's recommendations on physical activity for health in the 7 days before enumeration.
Base: 4 071 community-dwelling adults aged 18-64.
